Saundra Lee Allman, Realtor (DRE#01188528): I have been serving clients serving Alameda, Santa Clara, Contra Costa, San Mateo, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Sacramento, Yolo and Solano Counties since October 1994. With over three decades of experience, I have successfully guided sellers and buyers, through diverse real estate cycles, including the Dot Com Bust, the Pandemic, Post Pandemic and the current Presidential Administration (2024–2025), experiencing AI Tech Bubble that is all the talk in Economic news currently. With so many changes in our Real Estate Industry. I am learning and utilizing AI skills to improve digital marketing with new AI industry related tools.

Known for strong problem-solving skills, Adaptability, Flexibility, Persistence and Determination, Resourcefulness, Empathy to understand, Proactive to act, Attention to detail, Negotiating, Focus and Listening to my clients to hear them. Excelling at navigating complex transactions and supporting clients at every stage. I’m passionate about sharing expertise from past and current real estate sales accomplished. Saundra is an active member of the Bay East Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.), and the National Association of Realtors (N.A.R.), staying current with industry best practices and standards. Annually attending and participating in California Realtor’s Legislative Day in Sacramento for the Realtors Convention for Northern California. Attending educational classes and opportunities through these affiliations as well to be current on laws, protocols of our real estate industry and latest technology tools.

Committed to a community I once lived in, I have organically grown a National Night Out Annual Exclusive Community Events, as Captain, Sponsor and Organizer, including recruiting Block Captains and Hosts for the annual event. Also, I have recruits for the Neighborhood Watch Captains for the neighborhood watch groups of the individual developments exclusively to that community in the city of Milpitas. Accomplishing nine years of service and recognition for these achievements, aiming to reach a decade, 10 years of service in 2026. Recruiting energetic, enthusiastic community leaders as Block Captains and Neighborhood Watch Captains identifying community leaders to Collaborate with me for each year's annual NNO Event. I’m proud of that contribution as everyone is collaborating for the true success of every event paying tribute to the Heroes who serve that community and every resident who comes out to meet and greet each other and the Police and Fire Department Heroes and Dignitaries that stop by. Because “together we all make the meaningful difference.”

My volunteer efforts also  include supporting the Adopt An Angel Each Christmas for Tri Cities Adopted Children. And have supported many American Cancer Relay for Life Events, the American Cancer Society Daffodils' Day, the Fremont Library's Booklegger program, and have served as a greeter and event volunteer at my church for the pure joy of serving my pastor’s and the church community. Alameda County Children’s Memorial Project: The Alameda County Children’s Memorial Bi-Annual and Annual Ceremonies Honoring and Remembering the Children in Alameda County who die by violence. My Participation was as a committee member and a parent, who lost a Child; My Child, Tiffany Marie Allman, forever 13-August 20, 1981-Augut 17, 1995. Volunteered for The Alameda County Children’s Memorial Project from 1995-2022.
