Mr. David Yang is such a professional and has been selling real estate since 1988. He is thoroughly trained in every phase of the real estate business, including financial consultation, establishing and achieving monetary goals, developing marketing strategy, effectively negotiating the sales contract, avoiding legal pitfalls, and obtaining the best financing terms. David was born and raised in Korea and moved to California in 1983 as a foreign exchange student. He majored in Material Science at San Jose State University and attended courses in the master’s program. Most known for owning and operating East West Realty for 27 years, David began his real estate career at Century 21 Oliver Jester and earned his Broker’s license in 1991 before opening his own real estate brokerage. In a short time, East West Realty had grown to 70 agents and offered financing solutions, too. In 2007, David Yang merged East West Realty with Legacy Real Estate & Associates – a Fremont-based company, and shortly thereafter launched the DY Team with partners Steven Ahn, Louiis Kang, Kenneth Hong and Esther Ahn, David’s daughter. Under his supervision, the team flourished in residential and commercial real estate sales, investment opportunities, property management and incoming producing portfolio projects. David has attended his local church for the past 35+ years, is an Elder with the congregation and actively serves in several Asian community associations. He has a broker's license and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

David Yang is known for his boundless energy and extensive personal and business connections that have made him a successful real estate broker in Fremont for over 30 years. He loves reading books and reading the Bible, preaching, selling real estate, exercising and playing golf because it’s a sport you can never master.
