About Colleen
Colleen Badagliacco, a REALTOR® from Morgan Hill, Calif., is the National Association of REALTORS® Vice President of Association Affairs.
A REALTOR® for 40 years, Colleen is the Broker/Associate for Legacy Real Estate & Associates, specializing in single-family brokerage. She holds the professional designations of Accredited Buyer’s Representative® (ABR®); Certified Distressed Property Expert® (CDPE); Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB); Certified Residential Specialist (CRS); e-PRO®; and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
An active NAR leader, Colleen was NAR’s Vice President for Region 13 in 2016. She has served on NAR’s Board of Directors since 1995. She has chaired several committees, including the Strategic Thinking Advisory Committee, the Business Issues Committee, and the Multiple Listing Issues and Policies Committee. She is an RPAC Hall of Fame member.
The California Association of REALTORS® (CAR) elected Colleen as President in 2007. CAR named her REALTOR® of the Year in 2007.
The Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS® elected Colleen as President in 1992. She has served on the Board of Directors since 1995.
The San Jose Business Journal named Colleen as the Legislative Woman of Distinction in 2007. A graduate of Santa Clara University, she earned a master’s degree in education from San Diego State University. Colleen is married to Dennis Badagliacco, CCIM. Together they have two grown children, both of whom are REALTORS®, and five grandchildren. In her spare time, Colleen enjoys gardening and travel.
