It’s been 20 years that I have lived in Alameda county and most of my business activities have come from places such as Fremont, Union City, Newark, San Jose, Milpitas, and the Tri Valley area ( Pleasanton, Dublin, Livermore). I specialize in residential property sales, investment properties, and home remodeling. With my profound knowledge of the local market, I have so far helped 35 families to find their dream home.
My business is built on trust, dedication, and transparency. Almost 75% of my business deals have come through client references which shows their respect towards my work, dedication and sincerity. My client says that my strength is my ability to listen to their needs patiently and provide appropriate suggestions. They call me TIM or THIRU.
Outside of real estate, I take pride in giving back to the community. I am proud to announce that I am the founder of the organization BAY AREA KURAL KOODAM (BAKK), a non profit established in the vision to impart life morales and values in young children.
